So ive been doing some diff work installing a spool and having fun doing all that, the issue i have is ive put the minispool over the shaft just to double check its the right fit, and now i cant get it off..... Has one of those little circular clips internally between the minispool and the shaft, had no issues getting it out of the diff originally with a bit of leverage but struggling to get it out of the spool.
have used a solid thick bearing puller to no avail and actually snapped one of the grips on the bearing puller (10mm thick mild steel)
Have also attempted alot of hammering with a raw hide mallet and a copper mallet
Any suggestions appreciated))
