I bought this today..
Was about 25 bucks.
74mm and 15 flutes
Suits PF48E ac delco filter for V8s
Makes the job much easier. You can use the spanner or a wrench to turn it..
It took me ages to work out what the right one is for this filter so I just wanted to share it here in case anyone else wanted one..

Bought a genuine Toyota one for the missus’s Corolla, it was such a tight fit and jammed up on all corners that requires a light hammer to get off. Work of the devil..
