Questions before removing Bi-modal mufflers

About to replace the Bi-modal exhaust from a VFII with aftermarket. Do I need to do anything once I've disconnected the wiring? Cheers, John

Haven’t looked into it but it may be worth removing the bimodal fuse (F17) along with exhaust control relay so as to remove power on the wires going to the mufflers. May also be worth taping up the connector to protect it should you wish to reinstall the feature…
