if the accident was their fault and their insurance pays thats different. their insurance has to fix the car no matter what. you can take the car where you want and the body shop can charge drug money.

thanks for everyones input, keen for the phone call today tho to find out its fate, should be alright, if its 75% it wouldnt cost more then $7500 to fix. and its **** about the undercutting, quote un-quote from the assesser "the cars in good hands" butt then they give it to the lowest bidder..

Did you drive it there or did they get a tow truck to pick it up? I have allianze full cover on both my cars and bike, take it where I want to get fixed and life time guarantee as well

hay all they gunna fix it thank god, umm no idea who they where insured with (i just hope that they are).. and i drove it home, then drove it to the repair place a few days later (didn't wanna risk anything until it got looked at)
