I just bought a VY last week and did a coolant change on it and the Radiator Fan isn't coming on when it gets up to operating temp, but the temp gauge stays between half and quarter, any suggestions?

Between Quarter and Half is the normal position for Temp Guarge
It will/should come on if you are sitting their idling,
If it doesn't, check the fuses and relays,
Also check that the Fan hasn't seized, see if you can spin it with your hands
BUT BE CAREFULL DOING WHEN THE ENGINE IS HOT, AS THE FANS COULD START WITH OUT NOTICE.
If you have a multi-meter, check the resistance of the fan at the plug,
If its open circuit, the fan motor will need replacing.

Turn the aircon on and the fans should come on.

Between 1/4 and 1/2 on the gauge isn't really got enough to get the fans on. Try it with the AC on as suggested above.
