Basically my two rear wheels don’t spin freely when jacked up. I have a 2012 ve sedan. Any help would be appreciated.

Don't spin freely?

As in when you spin the wheels by hand, they only make 1 -2 spins and stop?

Could be wheel bearings - mine did that, but on the front.
Could be a calliper slightly stuck.
Could be the hand brake shoe stuck.
Could be the wheel out of balance.

No car is in park with handbrake up. The only other thing I can think of is I overtightened them last time, not sure if that damaged something.

with the car jacked up at rear , release hand brake , put car in neutral and the wheels should spin .
