What size fuel lines do I run? What do I need as far as fuel system goes? Just went to vpw and they priced me up on a surge tank and a proflow external fuel pump?

need a surge tank its what keeps them alive plus a 255l/hr pump wont flow very high when sucking through an intank pump they just make horrible noises like they are straining to draw fuel LOL

i wouldnt go that big on the pump youll have issues trying to return all the unused fuel and controlling pressure.youre better off running duel externals and switching on the 2nd pump at high boost levels.take a look at some of the buick turbo sites and see what they say about the aeromotive pumps LOL

Run a stock pump to your boot mounted surge tank, have the aero pump pulling from there.
Plumb the return line into the surge tank and then an overflow from the surge tank back to the factory tank.
