I broke my key open today,as it didnt start my car anymore.Now it starts again(yay,only cost me $4 instead of $150 from Holden or $80 unofficially) but I still cant open/close the door with it.?Any ideas?

Old post I know, but for those guys and gals looking to do a battery replacement and need a soldering iron have a look on Ebay at the 5 volt usb soldering irons. They are only a few dollars and many of them come with a bit of solder included, all for just a few dollars. The tips are very fine and perfect for working on pcb's (plenty of heat to melt solder but very little thermal spread). All you need to do is wait for the slow boat from China, or pay more for one already here in Australia.
