safety mode vz commodore v6

so sometimes my car will chuck itself into safety mode reduced performance whether i’m already driving or does it on start up, what can i do about this? thank you

You will need to get a Bluetooth OBD2 connector. Heaps on eBay. Then grab a diagnostic app on your phone. Once connected, you’ll find the codes stored.
