haha I was getting disapointed when I wasn't getting square cuts, make sure the saw is square! a few degrees off made all the difference. Now I have one square side, will cut the rest when I can be bothered.

Thats the right attitude... it happens in the xmas season.... anyway best of luck with it.

Cheers

Nah it's down to within 1mm so annoying as it needs to be 100% spot on. Gives me somthing to do at home, though

Matty, thats perfectly fine to do. Often times thats how I build a box. I cut them both 1mm to big all round. The I use a medium grit and a couple of good heavy swipes and the thing is perfectly square. Mind you....Keep them LEVEL thats the only thing that can really go wrong here is. One thing I do when I've had a few drinks and I'm building a box is I'll pen in a line of EXACTLY where I want to be and then I sane the entire thing to that point.

Your going to need gap filler anyway. As you start to screw the panels to each other, run a bead of silicone inbetween the two panels and then screw it down.

Trust me on that one...you'll appreciate the silent box.

How long does the port need to be?
