Gotta love the way the media and Police sensationalise a firearm seizure...



First of all, wtf is a "sniper scope"? Is it one with a certain magnification? Where do you draw the line? Is my 4-20 Minox a sniper scope?

lol, yeah I bought a 4x20 for an air rifle and it had 'Sniper' on the box ,
I also bought a 3-12x44 scope, yet it has 'Air Rifle Scope' on the box .....

No wonder there's such a bad "criminal" stigma attached to guns when the public are fed horse **** like this. I guess, the best way to control the masses is to make them fearful.

It's their (the Gov/The Police) agenda, the same with speeding, you're a criminal if you're 5kpn over and you're a criminal if you have a gun.


And for WIW I like our gun laws, they're just right.
That said I wouldn't think of suggesting America adopt them.

And to America your shootings have become a 'Yawn, another one' flicks page over/clicks different story .

Our laws are rubbish in lots of areas.
Semi auto rimfire should be a category B.
Air rifles shouldn't require a license.
Pump shotgun should be category B.
Handgun license shouldn't require club competition requirements.
Permit to aquire is just another way for the government to aquire cash.
