squeaking noise when in gear

hard to explain, but got me car serviced bout 500k's ago and they put new spark plug leads on and since then there has been a squeaking noise behind the top pulley when its in gear and the pulley shakes up and down. can anyone help me out?

I'd go ahead and say its the bearings in your belt pretensioner. Maybe they took off the belt to change plugs (why i dont know) and now its playing up. Pulley + bearings will cost about $20-30 from repco, and all you really need to change it is a big ass socket with a long handle

Or just take it back and get them to do it.
