Id check all the idler pulleys first then do the coupler. Its a good chance to get the die grinder out and smooth the inside of the supercharger if you tear it down that far and are feeling confident. You might be amazed at the results from those ideas.

Idler pulleys are fine. All nice and tight.

I have already done the coupler but the noise is starting to get louder. When i had the snout of i was moving the gears.

I can not get the video out of my phone right now but when this bloke moves his gears this is what mine sounds like

what a good quote lol, i was coming to the cruise for charity my i was needed down at the coast to help paint. cant wait to see the videos of the day. nice photos as well. and there is plenty of room to lowerr it lol a whole 1/4 of an inch

Yeah i haven't had much of a chance to find a video re-sizer as the videos are 200mb+ to upload them to youtube.

that is a big movie, have you tried windows movie maker? you can condense them into a smaller file and cut them at certain points
