With the CBR you just use "fast plugs" I'm waiting for the pictures to reach my email from the phone so I'll post up pictures of the CBR box and the fast plugs are in the picture.

You can see the fast plugs in the bottom of the second picture. Unplug and pull out, its as simple as that.

In terms of line levels and pre-outs, when I chat to Phreddy next I'll grab his advice, more than likely I'll be payin him to do the install while he does the rest of my car.
