Yeah I did actually, supplied cable was 6m and that got me to halfway past the door sill. About 1.5m short. So I just went down to Jaycar and got a 2m cut of 2 core Video cable and extended the supplied one.

Greg from ASR Audio in Penrith did them. Welcome to ASR Audio & Electronics Home Page

He is based in Penrith but does interstate road trips when he gets enough people seriously keen to do this mod, and not pull out at the last minute. Hit him up with an email or a phone call, but if you email him he can take a while to reply as he will put your email in a folder until he organises an interstate trip.

I started my audio install a couple weeks ago:

All pulled apart (you can also see where I stickerbombed by silver strips for something different)





I used Morel Virtus 602 splits in the factory locations, and deadened the doors with Focal 'Bam'

I also deadened the rear wall and behind factory 8" speakers (these were also removed)







The splits are ran bridged off a Hertz HDP4 amp, with a healthy 500wrms for headroom. It is mounted under the drivers seat, I ran out of time to take pics so I will be taking more when the ute is pulled apart again in a couple weeks.

I also have a few more updates to post, just gotta get some decent weather to take decent pictures.

I've seen them on a couple of utes online, they look unreal if you're willing to pay the price of em.
