2010 VE SV6 Commodore Ute
I bought a lowered VE Ute and want to reinstate the suspension to original height, what’s the best way?.

I bought a lowered VE Ute and want to reinstate the suspension to original height, what’s the best way?.
Find another untouched VE Ute with same mechanical specs as yours at a wreckers, the lower the mileage the better, and purchase the front & rear springs. May have to buy the complete front strut assy's. Other option is if the springs are still available new from a Holden Parts dealer.

VZ Crewman, VZ Cross 8, & ya mum.
On the build plate, it will have printed what suspension it had when new. It will have something like Std or FE2.

You can then shop for springs that match either of those.

Or find unmolested VE or VF struts and rat the springs. VF springs will be fine. VF struts won’t fit though.

Just be aware that if it’s been lowered it may well have the shortened shocks that go with lowering springs so if you put standard height springs on shortened shocks it won’t handle ideally
