Could probably do with more power before needing more brakes.

Yeah but who doesn't like a 6pot caliper, they just look cool, even if it's overkill for your driving haha

There won't be any mechanical changes. Any special pack will be limited to stickers, spoilers, wheels and maybe a new colour or 2.

April to June brings the SV6 and SS Black editions.
Can you elaborate on the "ss black" ?
I am a bit of a bogan when it comes to black or chrome, and will be looking at ordering in roughly two or three months.
Prussian steel with full black out is what I have been looking at. Will either go a clubbie or ss.

The Lowndes edition has TPM system so I would think that will be fitted.

Ah if you want Regal Peacock you can just get black and never wash it.

I could get white & never wash it too ... it's a coupla years faster to get it done by the factory though. :)

Yay! Lovely to drive. Think the front came up well. Love the flappy paddles. Can double tap down and is quick to drop the two cogs. The rev matching and burble brilliant.

just putting this info out there to help anyone looking to purchase a VFII soon incase any of these upcoming changes/models take their interest. Just found out the following from my source

The Bathurst edition VFII will start going into production in April so maybe available from May onwards at dealers, haven't been given details on what models this will apply to or what gear will come with it

The employee reserve edition starts its production in May

June will see SV6 and SS Black editions hit showroom floors (suspect just the black out package applied)

October will see release of MY17 models - have been advised no colour changes in the update. but one of the test colours that didn't make the cut first time round for VFII will be offered soon.

hope this helps
