I am looking at buying a new exhaust for my VE sv6 ute however i want it to sound like a v8?

There's upteen threads on exhausts for the VE SV6. Plenty of reading to be had. Also you'll never get a V6 to sound like a V8 so don't waste your time (and money). Buy a V8 if you want a V8 sound.

You don't need to change the exhaust.
Just reverse the battery terminals and it reverses the firing order of the motor. This will make the exhaust pulses uneven and you'll get the V8 note.
V8's sound the way they do because the motor spins the opposite way.

also mate dont buy a v6 epecting to get it to sound like a v8 where not sv6 haters around here but u wont get it sounding like one unless u go buy a v8....
if you want a nice note from it tho swap over of mufflers for hurricane or xforce, or straight thru pipes depends how far u want to go coz u can swap cats around for 200cspi and section in the middle to straight thru keep mufflers in that case etc

theres also like a million threads on this topic like 2 a day being posted so search up bud and gave us all a good laugh lol luckily cpi hasnt seen this yet lol
