Hey Matt, just wondering how hard it was to fab up an adapter plate for the VT booster on your car??
Top effort on the front lip btw- DejaVu from working on my glass front lip for the SS before finding a genuine one(So glad I got one for a reasonable price). I reckon I made the lip stronger where I repaired it then the rest of the lip itself, lol.
I've added Fibreglass repairs to my Resume'.... :D

a suggestion for the chassis rail holes, make up a chrome dummy bolt and nut that can just sit on the top as a cap

not sure if it has an adapter plate for the booster i think it all bolts up. i know the chrome bracket is off a different model as its bent the oppisite way around. And yes fiber glass is fun!

What about the flares on the piping? Have they needed the flare style changed, or are they both single flare?? Still looking into this- I don't even know if the 6 and 8 boosters capacities/master diameters are different or not yet.. :)

Yes apparently there flares are different and not "correct" but they still seal. Mine has been in there for a few years without any problems. But ring Pete my mechanic as he is the one who put it in for me.

Yeah, I was thinking of just hooking it up and testing it under load in the shed to see if the flares seal OK- It's not like they'll UNseal once you tighten them up... :)
If worse comes to worse and it doesn't pan out, Ill take it to Brighton brakes and get him to reflare the pipes...
Cars coming along gr8 again, btw... :)
