on my wagon ive got 5% all around the back, and darkest legal 35% just on the 2 front windows.

legally you are allowed to have 5% except if it blocks view of the driver and/or L/P plates.

this is in victoria by the way.

i got mine from TopTint.

Nah mate, Vic laws are the same as SA.

70% for the front windows, 35% for the rear.

Here it is from the Victorian Roads Vehicle Standards Information 2:

All windows of a motor vehicle, other than windscreens, available to the driver to obtain a view of the road or other road users must have a light transmittance of at least 35 per cent. However, it is desirable that the light transmittance of windows to the side and ahead of the driver is not reduced below 70 percent.

35% all round and thats plenty dark enough. darker than that on any window you will look through or be seen through is looking for an accident.

desirable, but not a requirement.

Not according to TopTint who are professionals.

Also, i have been pulled over a number of times by Police in the last 3 months that i have had the tint done, and none of them have had a problem with it?

Aslong as they arent obstructing view of the driver it is perfectly legal.
