I know that if you have the right team already, a micromanager will tear it apart and break a business.
Micromanaging should not even be allowed to exist in business.

I'm a manager but I'm pretty layback. I'm also pretty anal about records and making sure everything is as accurate as possible, but staff are used to that. I hate micromanagement and try not to do it.
