With those panhard rods there is two threaded sections so to speak. The panhard bar in the picture is wound out all the way to one side meaning to readjust it you actually will need to take it off defeating the purpose. Rookie mistake I found out with the VS.

It can still be adjusted without unbolting it. Pedders installed it when ingot them to replace all the springs and shockers, a couple of weeks later I noticed that there was a 2 inch gap on the left side between the wheel and the outer guard, and there was almost no gap on the right side, so I went under to adjust it and it was loose. Anyway that's how the adjuster ended up, I never had to take it off to get it like that.

It's worth centreing it to have an equal number of threads in each bar.
