[LS1] underdrive pulley kits???

hey guys just after a bit of info about the underdrive pulley kits and what they do, how they work etc? thinking of putting one on my VX SS? cheers

basically it will spin all the accessories on the engine like power steering, alternator ect slower thus taking effort off the crank and in return some say it makes a couple hp...
