Urgent help jump start

Any one in the rockingham area able to please help with a jump start i have jumper leads , just off old mandurah rd between Day rd and Chesterfield rd am on dirt trak that runs along side mandurah rd .
Kinda urgent as got to get to freo to take gf's dog to the vet
