Using oil flush and cleaning oil pickup on VE SV6 questions

Whether the BG stuff works is another thing.
My experience from it takes me back to 2014 when I was working for AFI - Australian Fuel Injection.
We tried the fuel system cleaner, petrol intake cleaner & engine oil flush on a subi wrx, ls1 & on 2 x toyota yaris as these were the delivery vehicles.
No difference was felt.

It’s a tried and true favourite. Recently @wannaeatyourbrains brought a motor back from the dead with this method.

I might get a little crazy this time for service as my LLT is at 195,000kms.
FOC @ 12.5mls per litre, idle for time required. Drop oil & change filter.
Diesel fuel @ 250mls, idle, drop oil & filter.
Diesel fuel @ 500mls, idle, drop oil & filter.
