Hey Huntington,

Sorry to hear about the run around :(

I would preserver with chasing up your money.

This aside we generally have these kits in stock and in your case would see it the next day once payment cleared.

When you purchase the boost upgrade off us you get the loan of the tool for free. In saying this though we do require a $160 security bond, which is returned once the tool is returned back in working order.

If you have any more questions please don’t hesitate to ask.

Cheers,
Steve

I will give your gear a shot, i've done some research since and you seem to have a better reputation at the least. probably should have done a few google searches first tho......

HSV 2 1/4 catback about to go on with extractors

my shopping list from you this week will be
Stage 2 crow cam to suit high ratio rockers

Hey Huntington

Thanks for your inquiry

In regards to your questions/statements.

my shopping list from you this week will be
Stage 2 crow cam to suit high ratio rockers
(In your case would recommend our S2 super 6 cam to be honest $480)
rollmaster double row timing chain ($165)
130lb Crow Cam valve springs ($220)
Manley Performance Valvespring Retainers ($65)
Premium Viton Valve Stem Seals ($33)

am i on the right track in my search for power?
You are

did i overlook anything?
The only thing you may want to consider changing would be your lifters

“will i require a tune immediatly? or can i wait until i get my cooler in a month or two?”
You can likely wait with that cam

“do you think more boost would be ok? or should i wait for the cooler again?”
Wait for the cooler for the extra boost

“and any discount for a JC member?”
Usually free post, however I’ll shoot you a PM with a final total price :)

If you have any more questions please don’t hesitate to ask.

Cheers,
Steve

excellent thanks steve,
having the high ratio rockers i instictively looked at the cam advertised as to suit.
can you put suitable lifters into that final price for me and i will get it sorted this week.
130lb springs or 105lb?
as always your advise has been invaluble, i will be going W2A intermediate in the couple of months after, besides diff gears and sprucing up the auto, what would you recommend after that?

I can certainly understand

I would be leaning more to the 130lbs given you’re running a double row chain set. The reason being is that, given the lift, they’ll have a much greater fatigue life then the 105’s. In saying this though everyone has their opinion on this

“as always your advise has been invaluble, i will be going W2A intermediate in the couple of months after, besides diff gears and sprucing up the auto, what would you recommend after that?”
In regards to what I’d recommend, well that would come down to what you would want out of your build (?)

If you have any more questions please don't hesitate to ask.

Cheers,
Steve

Vt seriesII XU6
Hey mate. I've got a vt series 2 xu6 and was wondering if there is any benefit to be had with going for your cold air intake over my standard hsv item.

Thanks man.

Hi Pete,

I can comfortably say that there would be a genuine benefit, with our CAI upgrade on your XU6. Being a supercharged 6, they response quite well.

If you have any other questions please don't hesitate to ask.

Cheers,
Steve

Hi Steve,

Do you sell your modular pulley kits without the belt? If so, How much? I'm after a 12psi pulley but i already have new belts.

Cheers, James.
