VE commodore Ute S2
Hi all,

back in 2019 I bought a series 2 Ve Commodore Ute in perfect blue. The shift knob in it is chrome for some reason. It’s not a VF shifter because it has the weird rubbery grip. Most VE shift knobs have a Saturn finish. I was wondering if anyone has an answer

It’s a polished knob.
I’ll see myself out. Sorry.

But I haven’t seen a single chrome sv6 shift knob. They are all Saturn. Has someone polished it?

Doesn't look like any VE knob I've seen.....even the black bit looks all wrong.

The satin silver is a coating with white plastic underneath.

Nothing to polish.

Definitely a VE V6 gear knob, being a '12 most likely the supplier was preparing for the VF and was trying the chrome finish as its that what they run
