Hi so will a VE exhausts bolt up to a WN series 2 caprice?

I think that Caprice has a long wheelbase like the ute, doesn't it? Seems likely that the exhaust will be slightly different catback.

ok thanks I've been told that the ute will fit and yes it is a longer wheelbase

The ute mid section will fit, but you will need Caprice specific mufflers.

This, the length is the same however the rear end of the caprice is a different shape of the ute (curved compared to straight) so you'd need the caprice rear mufflers.
