Yeh mines my12/13 maps sucks you can't get newer updates than the my16

Nope. The company that does it is in the states I think. They seem to only supply maps to large businesses rather than end users of the product.

anyone had any luck finding a valid copy of the 2016 maps for the series 2 IQ unit?
Our local Holden (now Holden parts) is anything but helpful for the past 3 years and i'm about to give up.
Our car came with D313 firmware but has 7172 maps. here.com dont wanna know about it, cant find any downloads and ebay has 2020 version which i doubt is as advertised.

I dont trust ebay, glad i never tried it.

Considering how many people are still needing a map update, you'd think Holden would have got more available.
Even suggested they hook the car up and pull through the updated map online, just got a blank stare...

I used to sell copies of SD card on eBay and inevitably busted as a Pirate, cease and sexist came from Sensis, a data division of Telstra.
Can rake through for more owner details if you wish, but database format holds key for future updates.
There are common fields to maps provided free or freely available, a little bit of massaging and translation is all.
