VE SS Ute. 6 speed Manual. Difficult to select Reverse.

syncros wear out over time making gear selection a bit harder

Shifter linkages may be getting sloppy too

But only difficult in selecting Reverse. Everything else is fine.
Is there synchro in Reverse? I don't think so.
But I could be wrong.

yes, reverse has it's own syncro

i usually just go back to neutral and then clutch out for a couple sec then back in and then try reverse again and its usually good
