Ve ute electrical issue

Recently as in driving along usually 10-15 minutes after starting it up my screen on my radio cause it's a ssv goes all white with lines through it, all The music turns off, the air con controls stop working and the hazards come on??? Mind you I **** myself every time but doesn't throw any codes and engine runs fine, the only mods Iv done electrical wise was the iPod interface and a throttle controller and Iv unplugged the controller and the iPod from the charger but still happens, it's rare tho like once every couple of months but it'll do it like 4-5 times that day any ideas?

could be the front fascia isn't contacting properly, remove and refit, or the screen is failing, or poor joint in the fascia soldering
