Any experience the 4 speed transmission being rough n clunking through gears, mainly from first to second and second to third under light acceleration. Giving a slight clunk when changing....??? Anyone else experiences this? Car has done 120.000 km

They are a older design and did get a name for being a bit rough compared to the five speeds, has it always done it?

Assuming the fluid level's right...pays to double check. Shouldn't really clunk if its ok, maybe only slightly

Fluid level is fine, and it is very slightly, some people dont mention it, but I am a mechanic and have been grown to become picky, as some iv done need valve bodys and electro plates to make them perfect, I might do an auto service and see if It gets better
