Mine started doing the same thing, going off when I turned the wheel a certain way etc so I drilled a hole in the little square flat black clip thing that is just under your windscreen wiper buttons on the dash, and fitted a small button and just bought a horn from supercheap, stuck it where the old horn was under the bumper and wired it up. Sure it's annoying trying to mash at a tiny button on the dash instead of the steering wheel but hey, I rarely use my horn anyway & it passed a roadworthy and all that jazz with it lol
