I've got an 08 sv6, whenever I'm at a complete stop, I ride the brake so I'm rolling at less than 1k and hour I hear a very odd noise at the front of the car, like I've never heard before. it's been there for a while, I've changed the pads on all four corners. It's like some thing plastic or rubber is rubbing VERY hard on metal, worse when everything is wet. It's a low dull sort of noise and always there, I've even driven with the brakes lightly pressed to try and take a bit off the pads, but it's still there I'm sure it's my discs or bushes but I wanted to see if anyone has had this happen to them and what they did to rectify the problem.

Mmmmm. Might have to do that.

check out his other thread for more great ideas!!

re: the noise, if its while you're riding the brakes, then itll probably just be pads against rotor...

I'm sure it's just that, just being super extra cautious.
