Whats everyones thoughts on ceramic coated headers?
Is the ceramic coat a great addition or waste of money?

I can't comment as they were there when I bought it. Only advantage I could see is they would keep engine bay a little cooler but there wouldn't be much in it. Not 100% sure but pacemaker could be tuned lengths also which will make a little more power. I am fairly sure that different brands and materials used will produce different sound.

Cold start, idling at 1000 but will drop to about 760 warm

How does yours idle when the engine is cold? Mine hunts around a little at times and almost stalls before it recovers. Trying to get it on the driveway (rolled edge gutter) and into a narrow garage has made me stall it more times than I like to admit. But I guess thats all about the cam. .

That's a tune issue, not caused by the cam. Idle should be solid from stone cold.

Don't think there is any issue, just auto choke.

Hey voodoo does yours idle rich? Like eye watering rich?? I know all cammed cars do and amount of eye watering depends on lump in cam but I do think mine is excessive. I am in a garage thou with roller door open, exhaust facing roller door.

ive got a few things done thru these guys and its great looking stuff and they know what there talking bout https://www.racecoatings.com.au/ havnt fit them yet as engine is getting built but they look the goods plenty of great feedback, id recomend more for boost engines or if u do track days alot, if its an every day then u prob wont benefit from it

if u have no cats or 100 cell then it will always be a little like that but proper tune adjustments can help it or even stop it when done right
