After researching brembo upgrades I am trying to work out if these CTS-V calipers would be 12mm or 14mm for the mounting bolts.
Has anyone bought these and fitted to a VF SSV S1
I want to avoid having to drill and tap these to 14mm. The bleed valves and piston orientation looks correct on these I think.

When did the front brembo change to 14mm. Were VE SS, Pontiac G8 12mm?

They will fit, rockauto lists them as 14mm

The bleed valves/balance pipe is right because the brakes bolt onto the rear of the front hubs of the cadillac CTS-V in the same orientation as the VF.
I think the rears are the opposite though as they bolt on the front of the rear hubs (AC Delco 172-2308,9)

You have to drill them out. Standard VE SS was 12mm. Brembo 14mm. I suppose you could get the correct part from a Brembo fitted car if it bothers you that much.

Excellent thank you.

Do you know if the banjo bolt is the same from the PBR to the Brembo?

I have a VF SSV. I know the VE needed to be drilled to fit the VF Brembo. What I was worried about was if the Brembo from and older car like CTS-V had a 12mm thread on the caliper.

Have you ever ordered from Rockauto?

I have. They're great! I get brake pads, spark plugs and oil filters from Rock Auto.
Shipping is quick too.

I've already done my front brakes with 6 pot brembos which I bought from ZZZ Performance, but I'll be using Rock Auto for my rear brake setup.

The only issue with Rock Auto is they have a few warehouses from where they ship, and sometimes you have to pay for 2 lots of shipping on the 1 order.

Oh, and don't purchase discs/rotors unless you're prepared for a royal rogering on shipping price.

The irony there being, that if youre looking for genuine rotors, even with about $350 in shipping

.....it was still hundreds of dollars cheaper than buying local OEM
