VF auto transmission

I have a Calais V8 and yes, a good tune changes everything and just not the auto. I must admit thought that coming from a ZF in my previous Ford that it is a shame it isn't adaptive.

Mine certainly adapts, and I've got four settings to play with ;-). In sports setting I've noticed under certain conditions mine blips the throttle on downshift (not using active select). Has anyone else noticed this too?

Is that just in the Vf? As far as i know the VE 6 speed isn't adaptive.

EDIT: Ignore this post i just had a read and it is adaptive.

Where do u get it turned

My calais V V6 done 12K just had the 15 K tune up.

when I floor it from stop it takes a few seconds before it gets going...

should I get it tuned to be more responsive ?

Yes mine blips on downshifts too ,its great .
