Couldn't agree more, best to keep it rigi didge. I think the VH's are the best looking of the early commodores, have always liked them. I was so happy to finally get hold of an original 1 owner (low k) 308 VH SL/E. I just wish the old guy I bought it off kept the original alloys, and shame it ain't a shadow tone - but you can't have everything!

can anyone help with these numbers? is it a original VH SLE?

how would i tell if its a real sle? 253 or 308? original colour?

Cant be positive but id say it is an sle due to x in vin denotes luxury top of range model

Youll need engine code off plate to tell factory engine
