They should do "operation **** box" and get all the old unroadworthy cars off the road, not pick on the modified cars that are clearly looked after.

This is just another case of a government money making scheme, picking on an easy target motorists.

They should also bring out new number plates and they should say "VICTORIA THE NANNY STATE".

Reminds me: when living in Queensland..I used to hear this often...."Victoria - If its 'the place to be' why the f..k are they all up here?" or "Victoria - 'on the move' to Queensland".

Mind you mr plod in Qld is just as bad as here in Vic if not worse.
