vr king spring super lows

i bought a set of superlow king springs. they were klhf-47sl and khpr20HD the catalogue said that these springs were for my car but i took it to the mechanic and he said they don't fit. whats going on??:hmmm:

i have those springs in my car and they sit fine. You have to work out if your car is IRS, because off the top of my head they are live axle springs (what i have in mine)

Either that or the mechanic just didn't want to fit them.

Go to the King Springs site and look at their parts catalogue.

yeh i have live axle and i looked at the catalogue before i bought them.
so its all the machanic? haha

Hey guys my vs is sitting on fe'2 springs, is it possible to slam the rear on Ultra's or Super low's? If it is, what would u guys recommend? Thanks heaps :)

i recon u shud stick with super lows. ultra lows is rough and youll probs have to get short shocks.

your mechanic wouldn't have fit it because they are an un-roadworthy spring they are too low. that would be written in your catalogue as not being a road worthy spring hes just covering his ass, so in other words do it yourself if your mind is that way inclined. if it fails a roady after a po po pulls you over then the mechanic is covering his ass from you coming back and complaining.,

You would have to get shortened shocks for supers anyway.
