You mention it has a "Bobs hot up chip" - alongside the long list of mods (primarily being the big cam, bigger injectors etc). There's a good chance it's running filthy rich from whatever tune is in that chip. If that's the case, swapping parts won't fix your problem. I'd be getting a professional tuner on board to look at your air:fuel ratios - whether that be via laptop during street driving, or onto a trusty old chassis dyno.
