I don't think those hoses are supposed to be replaced, I'd think it was a "fit for life of the vehicle" type item. The nylon inner should be impervious to fuel and the rubber outer is really only there for the "look" of a traditional fuel hose.

Yeah, I reckon them factory nylon + rubber hoses would last forever as long as something else doesn't damage them (or the fuel system getting modified)

I wouldn't feel confident about all aftermarket solutions lasting 30+ years. The more I learn about modifying cars, the more I appreciate OEM stuff.

Having said that, I don't want to deter anyone from auto shop generic fuel hose and clamps. Should be perfect for a decade or so and easy to replace down the track.
