i agree, i was gunna put 6x9 in my parcel shelf properly but i might just put my 6 1/2 mtx in there anyone know if 6 1/2 fit in that bracket befor i **** around with it? then ill get some mtx splits for the front =]

drill the weld spots on the metel frame where the factory speakers went to then u wont get defected

just bpught a vs acclaim wanna got sony 6 1/2 2 ways for the back, had a vp calais noticed they are easier to get to as the are not to far back, is it hard to get 6 " put in the front doors? i have a 1000 watt pioneer sub and amp ready to go 2

also how good are the factory speakers am i worth keeping the originals in the door puttign new head unit in putting the 2 ways on the parcel shelff and then sub in boot?

hey mate dont do that. put your best set of speakers in the doors. as they are the ones you will be hearing. the stock ones are paper cones and sound like absolute **** if you turn them up.

i recomend leaving the fronts getting some 6 ers for the back amp them untill u havenough money for splits in he front. then amp the splits and let the rears run off the head unit. atm mine sounds good as it is with stocks in the front i have it mjorly faded to the rear tho but the mtx's pump hard haha

yeh does sound good, i have amp powering sub now with the 6" in the back, and the ones in the doors sound ok, and i duno how the little tweeters that u can never hear sound good nice and clean highs, yeh im gunna get some sony splits for the doors should go well
