Left hand o2 sensor is not working, Stuck at 800mv and getting no crosscounts, pumping max fuel in left bank, passenger side. This would also cause the DTC76 fault code you have and black spark plugs you say you have.

Check the sensor wiring and as a test you can swap the o2's over left/right and see if it follows. Send me another log if you wish.

thnaks mate, is there any reason that i keep blowing my o2 sensor they were replaced 8 months ago.

what brand and more importantly where did you buy them as I have had 2 sets purchased off ebay fail quickly one set was BOSCH
I have since had genuine AC Delco ones on for around 6mths now and they still work great

they were off ebay and it was BOSCH and the other one was PEC

yeh there all crap these days, acdelco/delphi is the only brand i buy for narrowband o2's, the only other thing it can be is the earth loop issue being a VS, have you done the earth fix? As above try swapping the o2's over first to see if it is dead.

yea i fixed the earth problem on it i will try and get new o2 sensors tomorrow.

yep exact same ones I had PEC lasted longer than the BOSCH ones
Hopefully yours has the 4 wire O2 sensors as Holden no longer sell the 2 wire ones, otherwise you will need to modify the wiring harness to suit the 4 wire ones
Not hard to do just need to get the matching plugs and add an extra earth and patch into the 12V going to the purge solenoid
