Hi Guys. Have a VT 304 Man. Having fuel mixture issues. Found PCM with some extra wires cut not connected to anything.
Can anyone help? See image.

My guess is those wires were added for extra inputs eg wideband sensors. I would check the eeprom to see if its a genuine factory one or if its an aftermarket eeprom /board that is used for real time tuning from pcmhacking.com. If thats the case, its not all bad. You may need to adjust the tune as something may have changed like a larger Maf or bigger injectors added. If not, then i would be looking at lazy O2 sensors. Too rich?

Is it a manual pcm or auto? should say on pcm.

Unwrap the tape then trace what wires in the loom to the ecu pinouts then look at a factory diagram so you know whether it's dodgey alarm wiring leftovers or something else.

Also check fault codes as starting point.
