I was going to ask what is the idle speed

Idles about 1k revs drops to 800 when highbeams on, puts around at like 10km/h

Mechanic had car in bits he said he found a knock in the seal in the pump putting it back together today then testing it not sure if that's fixed it.

Could it be a stuffed cv joint?? Mite be stuffin wit the steering aswell. My hyundai had a stuffed cv joint and it used to knock when i turned corners.
