vts have a problem in the garnish seals seem to leak. causing water to leak in to the boot.
Welcome to Just Commodores, a site specifically designed for all people who share the same passion as yourself.
I must have had a good seal,I supose it depends on who was installing the seal at the factory way back when, they may have missed a nookie.vh sl/x said:vts have a problem in the garnish seals seem to leak. causing water to leak in to the boot.

Just wanted to clarify, because I 2 have a 2000 Vt Commodore and I did need to re-wire the left reverse light. It's the only modification I needed to do,I can't explain why your's did not need this done.I have done the conversion myself, step by step, and it's a piss easy job.I would'nt have bothered posting a version of events if I had just dreamed it up.jay_hman said:5 speed manual Vt commodore
