VZ Calais Impounded?
check lead # 4 .. i have had these leads on 2 different cars rest on the manifold and burn through. Factory leads have a 90 degree coupling i think, aftermarket ones are an extension of the lead and straight through plug

As the subject says, the engine is missing constantly under moderate to heavy acceleration, sometimes even under light acceleration, and the problem is slowly becoming worse. My first guess is I have a rooted spark plug lead?? Or could it be more complex then this...MAF sensor?
Any idea's?
Cheers

The most likely culprit will be leads or coils

I realise that this is an old post, however, just to update this for anyone with a similar issue, I recently had this under load or slight acceleration and found that the duct that runs from the back of the air cleaner to the throttle body had a big tear underneath where the hose clamp goes around it at the throttle body end.
This was the cause of my missing anyway
