VU commodore not starting

I’ve just bought a VU commodore that’s not starting, it’s had an engine swap and apparently was running after the engine swap but then died, the previous owner did lots while troubleshooting including linking a new ecu to the bcm because it wasn’t cranking. It now cranks and the fuel pump primes. Previous owner also said it had a code “p1374 no pulses while cranking”.I’ve replaced coil packs, cam angle sensor and dfi module. The crank angle sensor was apparently replaced but I think I will do that to for my peace in mind. I’ve also checked all fuses and relays which are all good. Still no spark. I’m still kinda new to commodores so if anyone out there could point me in the direction that would be good. Thanks
