tyres shouldn't make a difference as long as the VE rims have the similar offset at the VX rims you're taking off.

serious? a 235/40R19 compared to a 235/35R19 makes a 5km/h speedo error at 100km

the difference in studs doesn't matter so long as you have a good mag nut fited and centers bored to suit

They can weaken the studs, as mentioned above proper tapered mag nuts are important and possibly sleeves welded in. I had to change rear tyres to fit them on mine 245 35 R20 do not fit! they scrubbed the upper inside. 245 30 R20 is what I have all round now.
